
Seconds, Minutes, Hours, Days, Weeks, Months, Years.’
I know I write a lot about distractions. It is relevant to me at this moment in time. I am honestly smacking myself for getting sucked into my phone. I came upstairs to write and work on business related items and workout. I started working out after watching Facebook reels, then realize I had wasted 20 minutes.
But it doesn’t end there, I start working out and take a look at the old screen intermittently. I do not know how much time I wasted. Now, I need to write and go get a bottle of milk ready for the baby.
Story short, do not let yourself get distracted. You have plans, you have a dream to fulfill. Distractions are keeping you from moving forward.
My biggest mistake was not resetting the freedom app, that would have kept me locked out all day until 1130pm. But today was not blocked because I had unlocked it while the session was off on the weekend. Dumb. The app is great, but you still need to be determined.
Achm, in fact I just ensured that the blocking period will start before I wake up. Tomorrow is guarded from 90% of the distractions. Should be more productive… I’ll report back about that.
